SPY Brainiac Green Juice Recipe Ingredients List:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- I-2 stalks celery
- Handful of parsley
- 1 small lemon
- 1 small apple
- Pinch of ginger
Directions: Wash all your veggies and fruit. Then peel your cucumber, cut your celery, cut your lemon to squeeze. Blend all of the greens together, squeeze in your lemon, add in your ginger. Last step — add in your apple — the apple gives you that nice sweetness naturally.
